No responsibility will be accepted by the organisers for anything that may happen to competitors, their horses, property or helpers in connection with or arising from this show. It will be considered a condition of entry that each entrant agree to indemnify the Nidderdale PTA Horse Show against any legal action arising therefrom

The decision of the judges is final. Any objection should be made to the secretary together with a deposit of £10 to be forfeited if the objection is not upheld

The organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry or amend the schedule if the instances of the programme require

Hard hats must be worn at all times when mounted. We strongly recommend the wearing of body protectors and all hats manufactured to the latest British Standard or is at least that of British Standard EN1384.

No entry will be accepted without the correct entry fee.

Prize money and rosettes are as stated in the schedule.

Please notify the organisers if you intend to bring a stallion by stating it clearly on your entry form.

Health and Safety

The organisers of this show have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For those measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
